Main Stadium
The main stadium offers numerous spacious options. The seating bowl offers fixed seating for over 7,800 and a festival capacity of over 18,500. The main field features a state of the art videoboard and audio PA system. The stadium also offers a press box and 10 private suites that may be used exclusively or in conjunction with a larger event.

Concourses
There are two concourses located within the main stadium that may be used individually or in conjunction with an event on the field or in the parking lot. The concourses offer both grass and concrete areas and are suitable for additional stages, vehicle displays, private tents, inflatables and vendor booths.

Practice Fields
The complex contains twelve practice fields, four of which are lighted. These areas are ideal for adult, college, high school and youth baseball tournaments and championships. Fields are typically reserved in quads, though individual fields may be booked for smaller functions or other sporting events. The Practice Fields are also well suited for large festivals and concerts.

Parking Lots
Two separate parking lots offer over 950,000 square feet of paved space. The larger west lot has visibility from 83rd Avenue and offers access from either Stadium Way or Mariners Way. The east lot is accessed from Paradise Lane, the first light south of Bell Rd.

Visitors Clubhouse
The visitors clubhouse is most often utilized in conjunction with a tournament or concert. It may be used for teams, umpires or VIPs, but is also suitable for meetings and presentations.

Meeting Space
The complex offers private meeting space for groups up to 50. Private catering is available through our concessionaire.
