EJECTION Any guest that refuses to follow the direction of Peoria Sports Complex staff or to comply with the code of conduct is subject to ejection without refund.
ELEVATOR Peoria Stadium is equipped with one elevator which services Club Seating tickets holders, team/stadium staff and media personnel only. The elevator is located in the main lobby of the stadium.
EMERGENCIES It is important for family members or important contacts to have your specific seating information (section, row, seat) should an emergency occur. The Operations Office may be contacted at (623) 773-8700, but messengers may only locate those individuals if given specific seat information. Per stadium policy, announcements will not be made over the public address system to locate guests.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION In the event of an emergency evacuation, Peoria Sports Complex personnel have been trained in evacuation procedures to ensure the safety of all guests, including those with disabilities. Please follow the instruction of ushers and security personnel during an evacuation.

ENTRY GATES During Spring Training, Gates A, B, C and D at the main stadium normally open 1 ½ hours prior to game time. Gate C is not open for all games. All items being brought into the stadium are subject to search. For more information on acceptable/prohibited items, click here. For other events, entry gates and times may vary.
