Summer Classic Registration
Registration Fees & Insurance Requirements:
$700 per team if registered before June 1, 2013
$750 per team if registered after June 1, 2013
Minimum deposit of $200 is due at registration; deposit is refundable up to 15 calendar days prior to the start of tournament. Balance of registration is due 15 calendar days prior to start of tournament.
Proof of insurance required in amounts of $2 million general aggregate and $1 million per occurrence. City of Peoria must be listed as additional insured. Proof of insurance must be submitted 15 days prior to start of tournament.
To register, take the following steps:
