Catering is primarily suited for private events or private functions within the context of a public event, such as a VIP experience or an appreciation dinner. Catering is separate from concessions operations, in which for any given third party event where public food service is appropriate, concession stands may be open. Private functions, particularly within our Colonnade, Terrace and Cove, are the most relevant applications of our catering services. Third party food and beverage service providers are not permitted for any event with 20 or more participants or attendees.
